EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and are here to assist you. If you you would like to discuss your order before or after checkout we are happy to help, please contact us at customerservice@kishstudiojewellery.com

Your order will always be carefully checked before dispatch, however if you do receive an item which is incorrect or faulty please contact KIŠH Studio on receipt or your item(s), providing imagery and your order number. We will then review the the information and get back to you ASAP.

Please note that the buyer is fully responsible for shipping the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the returns address. Any items shipped after 7 days are subject to acceptance at our discretion.

Refunds will only be offered on returned goods that have been unworn, are in perfect condition and in all original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs & duties/tax paid. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage if the item was faulty when you received it.

We request that you send back all returns to us using a tracked & signed postal service and strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage (KIŠH Studio is not to be held responsible for items lost in transit and cannot guarantee we will receive returned items). Once we have received your returned items, we aim to process them as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of your return being received for the refund to credit your original method of payment, or for us to ship your exchanged item.

Please note that all purchases that are placed in the sale, custom made or personalised are final and non-refundable.

KIŠH Studio reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements as stated above. In the event of this happening, we will post the item back to you.
